Employment in a staff position is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and, depending on job responsibilities satisfactory completion of a functional physical capacity test and/or a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the College’s automobile insurance carrier.

Statistics Regarding Crime on Campus
In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, or Clery Act, Harvey Mudd College is required to prepare, publish and distribute an Annual Security Report. The report consists of two parts: disclosure of the College’s crime statistics for the past three years and campus security policies and practices.
